Potluck and Game Night, July 24th

The AIF is sponsoring a potluck and game night on July 24th.

Location: Tenshinkan Dojo (1016 N. Belmont Ave., Chicago, IL)

Time: 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 24th

Friends and family are also invited! There's no charge, but please bring a dish to share. We will have board games and cards on hand and will pass a hat for donations and pizza money (if we need more food).

Welcome Providence Youth Works

The AIF is happy to welcome Providence Youth Works / City Aiki as a supporting dojo. Formerly Shoshinkan Dojo in Rhode Island, City Aiki provides adult Aikido as well as youth programs incorporating Aikido and Aikdio philosophies.

May 15 - Bieszk Sensei Weapons Workshop

Bieszk Sensei is teaching Part Two of his popular aikido weapons seminar to benefit the Aikido International Foundation. Attendance at the previous weapons workshop is not required and the exact curriculum will be tailored to the attendees.

Location: Ryoshinkan Dojo
Time: 1pm - 5pm, Saturday, May 15
Suggested Donation: $20 tax-deductible to the AIF

Bieszk Sensei holds the rank of rokyudan (6th degree black belt) He is a member of the AAA Teaching Committee and is dojo cho of Ryoshinkan Dojo.
